    Pass our details on to the school, or ask them to mention your school when they get in touch with us.

  2. Let us know who to expect

    Fill in the short form below, or email us with the school's contact copied in so we're put in touch directly.

  3. You receive your credit

    When the school hires its first teacher through HARKE, $3,000 is credited to your account.

Who can refer a school?

Any school currently working with HARKE. Principals, deputies, business managers and leadership staff can all submit a referral on their school's behalf.

Which schools count as a new referral?

Any school that hasn't hired a teacher through HARKE before, or hasn't hired a teacher through us in the last 12 months. If we're already in touch with them, we'll let you know.

When do we receive the credit?

Once the school you referred hires its first teacher through HARKE. Your RC will confirm when the credit has been applied.

What can the credit be used for?

The $3,000 credit comes off the fee for the next teacher your school hires through HARKE.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No. Your school receives a credit for every new school you refer that hires a teacher through us.

Terms apply. A new school is one that hasn't hired a teacher through HARKE before, or hasn't hired a teacher through HARKE in the last 12 months. Credit is issued to the referring school once the referred school hires its first teacher through HARKE. Credit applies to future HARKE recruitment fees and cannot be exchanged for cash. HARKE Recruitment reserves the right to amend or end this offer at any time.
