Hi, I’m Terry, co-founder of HARKE Recruitment and Director of Growth and Strategy. I support our school partners across New South Wales and Queensland, offering insights and guidance to help them make strategic hiring decisions that strengthen their teams. 

With extensive experience in education recruitment across the UK and Australia, I’m driven by the belief that great educators change lives and that our work plays a meaningful part in making that happen. While I’m not in the classroom myself, I take immense pride in helping schools connect with the right people and supporting teachers as they take their next step. 

Internally, I lead growth and strategy at HARKE, supporting our team to deliver the highest standard of care to clients and candidates. I’m passionate about building lasting partnerships, expanding our impact, and ensuring every placement reflects the quality and commitment our brand stands for.
