Hi, I’m Paige, and I’m the co-founder of HARKE Recruitment and Director of Operations and Experience. I lead client relationships across Victoria and the Northern Territory and work closely with schools to understand their needs and deliver outcomes that make a real difference. 

With a decade of experience in education recruitment in Australia and the UK, I’m passionate about the role we play in shaping school communities through meaningful placements. I’m driven by the stories we get to be a part of, seeing the difference a great educator can make and knowing we helped make that connection happen. 

Internally, I oversee operations, marketing, and compliance, ensuring our team is supported by strong systems and clear processes that enable us to deliver consistently high standards for every candidate and partnered school we support.
