Hi, I’m Nikka, and I’m the Accounts & Onboarding Administrator at HARKE Recruitment.

I take care of the details that keep everything running smoothly — from the finance side to candidate records and onboarding checks. With my background in accounting and administration, I enjoy bringing structure and accuracy to support both our teachers and our team.

 

I make sure invoices are correct, compliance is in order, and candidate information is up to date, so our consultants can focus on connecting great teachers with schools. The best part of my role is making sure every application gets the attention it deserves, so teachers can focus on making a difference in the classroom.
