Hi, I'm Lois, the Candidate Engagement Representative at HARKE Recruitment. I'm often one of the first people our teachers connect with, and I love getting to know each candidate, understanding what they're looking for, and helping them take the next step in their teaching journey.

My role is all about creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very beginning, making sure our teachers feel heard, informed, and confident as they explore new opportunities. I work closely with our Candidate Consultants to connect teachers with roles and locations that align with their experience, goals, and circumstances.

For me, the most rewarding part of my role is building genuine relationships with our teachers and helping them move towards an opportunity where they can make a real impact.
