    Your RC reaches out, lets them know you referred them, and gets to know what they need.

  3. You receive your credit

    When the school makes its first placement with HARKE, $3,000 is credited to your account.

Who can refer a school?

Any school currently working with HARKE. Principals, deputies, business managers and leadership staff can all submit a referral on their school's behalf.

Which schools count as a new referral?

Any school that hasn't placed a teacher with HARKE before. If we're already in touch with them, we'll let you know.

When do we receive the credit?

Once the school you referred makes its first placement with HARKE. Your RC will confirm when the credit has been applied.

What can the credit be used for?

The $3,000 credit comes off the fee for your school's next placement with HARKE.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No. Your school receives a credit for every new school you refer that places with us.

Terms apply. Credit is issued to the referring school once the referred school's first placement with HARKE is confirmed. Credit applies to future HARKE placement fees and cannot be exchanged for cash. HARKE Recruitment reserves the right to amend or end this offer at any time.
