About the Position
This ongoing, full-time role combines a Year 6 classroom teaching load with responsibility for Primary Physical Education. The position suits an educator who is confident teaching upper primary and passionate about physical education, student wellbeing, and faith-based education. The successful teacher will contribute to both academic and physical development within a collaborative primary team.
• Deliver curriculum-aligned Year 6 classroom programs and Primary PE lessons
• Integrate Christian faith and values into teaching and professional practice
• Uphold safeguarding and child-safe standards in all professional conduct
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with primary staff and contribute to whole-school initiatives
Requirements
• VIT registration or eligibility to obtain
• Full working rights in Australia
• Alignment with the Christian ethos of the school
• Two professional referees and completion of HARKE safeguarding steps
