About the Role
This part-time Year 4 teaching position involves working Thursdays and Fridays within a collaborative and supportive primary team. The successful teacher will deliver engaging and structured learning experiences that support student growth across key curriculum areas while fostering confidence, curiosity, and independence in the classroom. The role offers the opportunity to join a community-focused school that values consistency, care, and strong teacher-student relationships.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons for Year 4 students
  • Support student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive classroom practices
  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues regarding student progress
  • Collaborate with the primary team to support planning and continuity of learning
  • Contribute positively to the school community and classroom environment

Requirements

  • Registration with or eligibility for NESA
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding for safeguarding
