About the Position
This full-time position involves teaching a primary class, ideally Years 3 and 4. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences across all key learning areas. With a strong focus on supporting student growth and wellbeing, the teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider community to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values connection, adaptability, and purposeful teaching in a remote setting.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons for a Years 3–4 class across all subject areas.

Ensure student safety and wellbeing through adherence to safeguarding practices.

Communicate clearly and positively with students, families, and colleagues to build strong relationships.

Collaborate with other staff to support holistic student development and school-wide initiatives.

Demonstrate leadership and flexibility in adapting to the needs of a remote classroom environment.
Requirements
- Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NT Teacher Registration.
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
- Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements.
