About the Position

This full-time, ongoing position will commence at the start of Term 1, 2026. The successful candidate will teach a combination of Computer Science, Digital Technologies, and Mathematics across Years 7–12. You’ll join a dynamic STEM faculty that promotes creativity, problem-solving, and real-world application of knowledge through inquiry-based learning and technology-rich experiences.


Skills and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across Computer Science, Digital Technologies, and Mathematics

  • Encourage critical thinking, digital literacy, and innovation in the classroom

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary STEM learning opportunities

  • Use assessment data to support student growth and achievement

  • Contribute to co-curricular and enrichment programs that extend learning beyond the classroom


Requirements

  • Current or eligibility for VIT registration

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Demonstrated experience or interest in teaching Computer Science, Digital Tech, and/or Maths

  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning and student wellbeing

  • Two referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding onboarding
