About the Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join the school on a full-time permanent basis commencing in Term 3, 2026. The successful applicant will play an important role in preparing students for the transition to secondary school, delivering engaging learning experiences while fostering confidence, independence and a love of learning.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Year 6 curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
- Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support learning.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and extracurricular activities where appropriate.
