About the Position

An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated Year 1/2 Teacher to join the school on a full-time fixed-term contract from Term 3 through to the end of Term 4, 2026. Teaching a small class of approximately 12 students, you will have the opportunity to provide personalised learning experiences, build strong relationships and support each student's academic, social and emotional development within a highly supportive environment.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated learning programs aligned with the NSW Curriculum.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom that promotes student wellbeing and engagement.

  • Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues to support positive learning outcomes.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to contribute to curriculum planning and school initiatives.

  • Uphold safeguarding practices and contribute positively to the wider school community.

Requirements

Registration: Hold or be eligible to obtain NSW Teacher Accreditation.
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are required.
Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE's onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements.
