About the Position
This full-time, fixed-term position commences in Term 3 and runs until the end of the 2025 school year. The successful candidate will teach Year 1 and will be responsible for creating engaging, differentiated learning experiences that cater to a variety of student needs and promote academic and personal growth.


Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons for Year 1 students with clarity, engagement, and care.

  • Uphold and promote student safety and wellbeing in line with school and legislative standards.

  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to build positive partnerships.

  • Collaborate with staff to support school initiatives and contribute to the broader school community.

  • Lead and inspire in the classroom, fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Requirements

  • Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NSW Teacher Accreditation through NESA.
