Salary: Commensurate with experience + PoL Allowance

About the School

HARKE has partnered with a Catholic school located one hour from Melbourne, Bendigo, Shepparton, and the Macedon Ranges, offering excellent accessibility by road, rail, and regional networks. The school is entering a transformational stage of growth. After 40 years without senior delivery, the school has re-established its full senior secondary pathways and will open its brand-new VCE Centre in 2026. New science labs and secondary campus facilities are also under construction, making this an exciting time to join.

About the Position

This role coordinates curriculum, assessment, and applied learning for VCE Vocational Major.

  • Experienced in applied learning or vocational education

  • Strong links with VET/industry providers

  • Strategic and collaborative in building programs

  • Skilled at supporting diverse student pathways

  • Committed to Catholic education and social justice

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Lead VCE VM curriculum and applied learning delivery

  • Build partnerships with VETiS and community organisations

  • Mentor staff in applied learning pedagogy

  • Support students in developing employability skills

  • Promote Catholic values in vocational learning

Requirements

  • Registration: Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, or eligibility to obtain

  • Work Rights: Full Australian working rights

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
