About the Role

This full-time position involves teaching VCE Legal Studies within a well-resourced Humanities faculty. The successful teacher will join a collaborative team that values reflective practice, consistent communication, and high academic expectations. The role provides scope to influence senior pathways and contribute to a culture that prioritises student engagement and success.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Legal Studies programs across VCE

  • Uphold safeguarding, wellbeing, and pastoral expectations within daily practice

  • Maintain clear, timely communication with students, families, and colleagues

  • Contribute to team planning, assessment processes, and subject improvement

  • Participate in co-curricular, community, or leadership initiatives as required

Requirements

  • Registration with or eligibility for VIT

  • Full Australian work rights

  • Two referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding onboarding
