About the Position

The school is seeking a full-time Psychology Teacher to commence in Term 1, 2026. This permanent ongoing role involves teaching Years 10–12 Psychology across both the VCE and International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative secondary team dedicated to student growth and achievement.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Teach Psychology across Years 10–12, covering VCE and IB curriculum

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that develop critical thinking and applied understanding

  • Support senior students in exam preparation and academic success

  • Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum and assessment practices

  • Contribute to co-curricular and enrichment opportunities within the school community

Requirements

  • Registration: Current VIT registration (or eligibility)

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

  • Safeguarding: Two current referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding process
