All teachers are involved in the co curricular program, supporting seasonal sport one afternoon per week alongside a dedicated sports coach.
About the Position
This position involves teaching VCE Accounting Units 1 to 4 and Year 10 Mathematics at 0.6 FTE on an ongoing basis. There is flexibility to increase the teaching load for a candidate interested in delivering Business Management at Years 9 and 10. The school is seeking an educator who can deliver engaging senior Accounting programs, support students in achieving strong VCE outcomes and contribute positively to the broader school community.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the Victorian Curriculum and VCE study design
• Uphold safeguarding and child safety requirements in line with school policies
• Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues regarding progress and wellbeing
• Collaborate with faculty members to strengthen curriculum and assessment practices
• Contribute to co curricular life of the school, including seasonal sport participation
Requirements
• Registration: Hold current VIT registration
• Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia
• Safeguarding: Provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s compliance process
