About the Position
This role offers flexibility for a teacher of Dance with the ability to also teach either Religious Education or English. It suits an educator who can engage students through both creative and academic pathways, contributing to a well-rounded and values-driven learning environment.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging curriculum in Dance and either Religious Education or English
- Maintain strong safeguarding practices and support student wellbeing
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student outcomes
- Demonstrate leadership in the classroom through structured and engaging teaching
Requirements
- Registration with VIT or eligibility to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience teaching Dance and either RE or English at secondary level
- Ability to provide two referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
