About the Position
This position involves teaching English across Years 7 to 12 within a supportive English faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and a genuine love of literature.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging English programs aligned with NESA curriculum standards

  • Uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities in all school activities

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support learning outcomes

  • Collaborate with faculty teams to enhance curriculum design and assessment practices

  • Demonstrate leadership and initiative in fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

  • Registration: Current or eligible for NESA accreditation

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

  • Safeguarding: Must provide two professional referees and complete HARKE’s safeguarding process
