Secondary Teacher

HARKE has partnered with a Catholic secondary school in regional Victoria that is recognised for its strong community values, supportive leadership and commitment to student growth. The school fosters a collaborative teaching culture where educators are encouraged to deliver engaging learning experiences while supporting the academic, personal and spiritual development of students.

This full-time position will involve teaching Middle School Commerce subjects including Business, Accounting and Economics, and may also include VM Literacy. The role is offered as an initial six-month contract commencing Term 3, 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension into 2027. The successful teacher will deliver engaging and practical learning experiences that support students to develop financial literacy, enterprise skills and strong communication capabilities.

• Deliver Commerce and/or VM Literacy curriculum aligned with Victorian curriculum requirements
• Uphold safeguarding practices and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues regarding learning progress
• Collaborate with teaching teams to plan curriculum and support student outcomes
• Contribute to leadership and continuous improvement within the Commerce and VM programs
