About the Position

An opportunity is available for a Science and Physical Education Teacher to join the school for Term 4, 2026, with the possibility of continuing into 2027.

The teaching load will include:

• Years 7–9 Science

• Years 7–10 Physical Education

• Deliver engaging and well-structured learning aligned with the Victorian Curriculum

• Support student wellbeing, participation and positive behaviour

• Work collaboratively with Science, Health and Physical Education teaching teams

Requirements

• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or eligibility

• Qualifications and confidence teaching secondary Science and Physical Education

• Full Australian work rights

• Commitment to child safety and student wellbeing

• Willingness to support the values and ethos of a Catholic school

• Two professional referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding and onboarding requirements
