About the Position
This full-time position involves teaching across multiple subject areas in the secondary years. The successful candidate will bring flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the school and its students. With the ability to tailor lessons to a diverse range of learning levels, the teacher will play a central role in supporting student engagement and progress in both academic and wellbeing outcomes. Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons across a variety of secondary subject areas.

  • Support student safety and wellbeing, adhering to the school’s safeguarding policies.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with students, families, and colleagues to support learning and engagement.

  • Work collaboratively with a small team to meet shared teaching goals and student needs.

  • Show initiative and leadership in adapting teaching to suit a remote and cross-cultural context.


Requirements

  • Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NT Teacher Registration.

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role.

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements.
