Allowances:
Remote Teaching Allowances up to $10,000–$12,000 per annum, housing and utilities provided, plus 3 FOILs (Flights Out In Lieu)

About the Position
The school is seeking a male Secondary Teacher with full registration who can plan and deliver lessons aligned with Version 9 of the Australian Curriculum across multiple subject areas. The role involves collecting evidence of learning, writing end-of-semester reports, and maintaining strong classroom behaviour management. Relationship building is key, both with students and colleagues, and the successful candidate will work cooperatively within a small, professional teaching team.
This role is ideally suited to a teacher who is self-sufficient, open-minded, and respectful of others’ space, while bringing maturity and strong professional standards. Remote teaching experience is highly regarded.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons across all secondary subject areas, aligned with the v9 Australian Curriculum.

Collect evidence of student learning and prepare end-of-semester reports.

Requirements

Registration: Full teacher registration (or eligibility) with the NT Teacher Registration Board.

Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role.

Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements.
