About the Position

The school is seeking a Secondary Business, Economics and Accounting Teacher to commence in Term 1, 2026. This ongoing role involves teaching across Years 10–12 and supporting the development of students’ understanding of business principles, economic systems, and financial literacy.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Teach Business, Economics, and Accounting across secondary year levels

  • Deliver engaging lessons that promote analytical thinking and real-world application

  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and assessment

  • Support students in preparing for VCE examinations and tertiary pathways

  • Contribute to co-curricular and enrichment opportunities within the school community

Requirements

  • Registration: Current VIT registration (or eligibility)

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

  • Safeguarding: Two current referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding process
