About the Position
This role involves teaching Science across Years 7 to 10, alongside VCE Biology, on a full-time basis. Commencing mid-year, this contract runs through to the end of 2026 in the first instance. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons, support senior students in VCE Biology, and contribute to a collaborative and well-supported Science faculty.

- Deliver engaging Science and VCE Biology curriculum aligned with Victorian and VCE requirements
- Uphold safeguarding practices and support student wellbeing
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
- Collaborate with faculty on planning, assessment, and moderation
- Contribute to a positive team culture and ongoing improvement within the department
Requirements
- Registration: Must hold or be eligible for VIT registration
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia
- Safeguarding: Provide two referees and complete compliance checks
