Contract Type: Full-Time
Hours: 12:45pm–5:00pm daily (non-traditional structure)

About the School

HARKE has partnered with a respected independent all-boys school in Melbourne’s south east. The school is known for its strong focus on character development, academic rigour, and structured learning environments that support boys to thrive. Staff benefit from a close-knit professional community, smaller class groupings, and a timetable structure designed to maximise student engagement. This is a school that values commitment, high standards, and staff who are invested in making a meaningful impact.

About the Position

This full-time Science position involves teaching Years 7–10 and is available for an immediate start due to an unexpected resignation. The daily structure runs from 12:45pm to 5:00pm, which differs from traditional school hours. While face-to-face teaching allotment is significantly lower than most mainstream schools, the timetable structure is unique and requires flexibility. This role would suit a teacher seeking reduced classroom load within an alternative daily schedule.
