About the Position
This role involves teaching Science across Years 7 to 10, along with Year 11 Chemistry. The successful teacher will contribute to an engaging and inquiry-driven science program that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and strong conceptual understanding. Teachers are supported by collaborative colleagues and well-resourced laboratories, enabling them to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical learning experiences.

Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Science and Chemistry lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum

Maintain high standards of student safety and wellbeing within laboratory and classroom environments

Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and families regarding student progress

Collaborate with faculty members to develop curriculum and share best practices

Contribute positively to the broader life of the school and faculty initiatives

Registration: Must hold or be eligible for NESA teacher accreditation

Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

Safeguarding: Ability to provide referees and complete safeguarding requirements
