About the Position
The school is seeking a Science Teacher to deliver engaging programs across Years 7 to 10 commencing Term 2, 2026. The successful applicant will build strong foundational scientific knowledge, develop practical inquiry skills and support students in achieving their personal best. This is a full-time ongoing opportunity suited to an educator who values collaboration and consistent classroom practice.
• Plan and deliver Science programs aligned to the Victorian Curriculum
• Uphold safeguarding and child safety requirements in all classroom practices
• Communicate clearly with students, families and colleagues regarding progress
• Collaborate within the Science faculty to strengthen assessment and curriculum delivery
• Demonstrate leadership within the classroom and contribute to faculty initiatives
Requirements
• Registration: Hold current VIT registration
• Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia
• Safeguarding: Provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s compliance process
