About the Position

This opportunity is suited to an engaging and knowledgeable Science teacher (Teacher Senior Subjects), a teacher with the ability to teach both Science and Psychology, or a specialist Senior Psychology teacher. The successful educator will deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons across secondary year levels while fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and strong student engagement. Teachers at the College are supported by collaborative leadership, excellent resources, and a broad co-curricular program.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science and/or Psychology programs aligned with the QCAA curriculum
• Maintain strong safeguarding and student wellbeing practices within the classroom and wider school community
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues through purposeful communication
• Collaborate with teaching teams to support curriculum planning and student outcomes
• Contribute to co-curricular programs and broader school initiatives where appropriate

Requirements

• Hold or be eligible for QCT registration
• Relevant teaching qualifications in Science and/or Psychology
• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to provide professional references and meet safeguarding requirements
