About the Position
This full-time Administration Officer role is a varied and fast-paced opportunity suited to an organised, resilient, and community-minded professional.Working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm across a 48-week working year, the successful candidate will play a central role in the daily operations of the school office. Responsibilities will include reception duties, enrolment enquiries, parent and student support, receipting, uniform management, event coordination, first aid room support, and Principal diary management. The role requires someone who can manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, warmth, and strong attention to detail.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations including reception, enrolment enquiries, and parent communication
- Support safeguarding processes and student wellbeing through professional administration practices
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with staff, families, and the wider community
- Coordinate school events, uniforms, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
- Maintain excellent organisation, time management, and resilience within a busy school environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or office support roles, ideally within education or a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2–5 years’ administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Full working rights in Australia
