About the Position
We are seeking a passionate Transition Teacher to nurture and guide young learners (ages 4–6) in the early years of their school journey. This role provides the opportunity to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that sets the foundation for lifelong learning.

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum (Early Years).

  • Integrate cross-cultural perspectives, supporting a significant Indigenous student population.

Additional Benefits

  • Retention bonus: $5,000 after 2 years, plus $10,000 after 4 years.

  • $2,500 relocation allowance.

Requirements

  • Registration: Eligible for NT Teacher Registration Board.

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role.

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements.
