About the Position

This opportunity involves teaching within the Primary years (specific year groups to be confirmed), where the successful candidate will create inclusive and engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. Teachers at this school work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support students’ academic, emotional, and spiritual growth within a values-based environment.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging curriculum-aligned lessons for primary students

  • Ensure student safety and well-being through consistent application of safeguarding practices

  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support individual learning progress

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and school-wide initiatives

  • Model the school’s values through professional conduct, care, and relational teaching

Requirements

  • Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NT Teacher Registration Board registration

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
