About the Position
This role involves teaching an Upper Primary class across Years 4 to 6 on a full-time basis. The school is open to offering either a fixed-term contract until the end of the year or an ongoing position for the right candidate. The successful teacher will deliver engaging and differentiated programs aligned to the Victorian Curriculum, support student wellbeing and contribute positively to the wider school community. An immediate start is available.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the Victorian Curriculum
• Maintain strong safeguarding practices and uphold child safety standards
• Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues
• Collaborate with stage teams to support curriculum planning and assessment
• Contribute to whole school initiatives and demonstrate leadership within the classroom
Requirements
• Registration: Hold current VIT registration
• Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia
• Safeguarding: Provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s compliance process
