About the Position

The school is seeking a Primary Teacher (Years 4–6) to join their team from Term 1, 2026. This permanent full-time role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about upper primary teaching and fostering strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development.

The successful candidate will create an engaging, inclusive learning environment and contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Teach a full primary curriculum for Years 4–6

  • Design engaging lessons that support academic and personal growth

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture

  • Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff

  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and assessment

Requirements

  • Registration: Current QCT registration (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

  • Safeguarding: Two current referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding process
