HARKE is partnering with a small, remote government school in Central Australia offering Primary and Middle Years education. Known for its strong community relationships and bilingual language program, the school supports a unique cultural and educational setting. Teachers work closely with local team members and Aboriginal assistant teachers to deliver meaningful learning in both English and first-language contexts.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum in line with NT guidelines and local cultural priorities

• Collaborate with Aboriginal assistant teachers and community stakeholders

• Provide differentiated support to meet a range of learning needs

• Foster strong relationships and inclusive classroom culture

• Support first-language learning where possible

• Remote area allowance (~$13,000 annually)

• Free housing with utilities

• 3 funded flights to Darwin (FOILs)
