About the Position
The school is seeking a full-time Prep Teacher for Term 4, 2026. This position would suit a qualified Primary teacher confident establishing positive classroom routines, supporting early learning development and working collaboratively with colleagues and families.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate Prep learning.
- Maintain high standards of student safeguarding, welfare and inclusive classroom practice.
- Build positive communication with students, families and colleagues.
- Collaborate with Primary colleagues on curriculum planning, assessment and transition.
- Contribute positively to the Junior School and wider school community.
Requirements
- Current VIT registration or eligibility.
- Relevant Primary teaching qualifications.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Two professional referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding onboarding.
