Pathways Coordinator (POL 3) - Cobblebank Campus

Salary Range:  

Salary range for teachers is $79,589 - $118, 063 and POL 3 allowance is $9,629.

This is based on the 2022 CEMEA agreement (still waiting on the new agreement to come through).

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate student pathways and careers education programs across the Cobblebank Campus
  • Support students and families with subject selection, tertiary pathways, VTAC applications, and post-school planning
  • Collaborate with Learning Diversity, Wellbeing, and Learning and Teaching teams to support positive student outcomes
  • Build partnerships with tertiary providers, employers, and community organisations to expand student opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with child safety, wellbeing, curriculum, and Victorian Catholic education requirements

Requirements

  • Registration with or eligibility for VIT
  • Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school or willingness to obtain
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and experience
  • Two referees and HARKE onboarding for safeguarding
