Salary Range: $85,000-$133,009 + super pending experience

About the Position
This full-time, ongoing role involves teaching Performing Arts across the secondary years, alongside Junior Music classes. The successful educator will join a collaborative and well-resourced faculty that encourages creative teaching approaches and active involvement in productions, performances, and co-curricular programs. The position would suit a teacher passionate about fostering student engagement through practical and performance-based learning.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Performing Arts and Junior Music lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum
  • Support student wellbeing and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate within the Arts faculty and contribute to productions and performances
  • Participate in co-curricular and wider school community activities

Requirements

  • Current or eligible NESA teacher accreditation
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Two professional referees
  • Completion of HARKE safeguarding onboarding requirements
