About the Role
The College is seeking a Mathematics & Physical Education Teacher to join its team full-time from Term 1, 2027.
The successful candidate will need to be able to teach a combination of Mathematics and Physical Education, with the exact teaching load to be determined around the successful teacher’s strengths and experience.
This is a great opportunity for a versatile teacher who enjoys working across both classroom and practical learning environments.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Mathematics and Physical Education lessons.

Teach a combination of Maths and PE across secondary year levels.

Differentiate learning to support students with a range of abilities.

Encourage positive participation, teamwork and student engagement across both subject areas.

Maintain safe, organised and inclusive classroom and practical learning environments.

Maintain high standards of student safeguarding and wellbeing.

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider College community.
Requirements

Current VIT registration or eligibility to obtain VIT

Relevant secondary teaching qualifications

Ability to teach both Mathematics and Physical Education

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Willingness to support and uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the College
