About the Position
This role involves teaching Physical Education across Years 7 to 10 on a fixed-term contract from Term 2 to Term 4, 2026. The successful teacher will deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons that encourage active participation, teamwork and healthy lifestyles. The position suits an educator who enjoys building strong relationships with students and contributing to a positive and active school culture.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver Physical Education lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum

  • Maintain strong safeguarding practices and ensure safe participation in all physical activities

  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues and families regarding student development

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and whole-school wellbeing initiatives

  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and co-curricular programs

Requirements

  • Registration: Must hold or be eligible for NESA teacher accreditation

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

  • Safeguarding: Ability to provide referees and complete safeguarding requirements
