About the Role
This full-time, 12 month fixed term position commencing 10 June 2026 involves teaching PDHPE across Years 7-12. The role provides an opportunity to deliver engaging and practical learning experiences that support physical development, health education, and student wellbeing. Teachers work within a collaborative faculty, supported by structured programs and resources to ensure effective curriculum delivery and student engagement.


Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver curriculum-aligned PDHPE lessons that support physical, social, and emotional development
  • Maintain safe and inclusive learning environments aligned with student wellbeing and safeguarding practices
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding progress and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan, assess, and refine teaching and learning programs
  • Contribute to faculty initiatives and broader school programs, including co-curricular activities

Requirements

  • Registration with or eligibility for NESA
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding for safeguarding
