About the Position

The college is seeking a passionate and engaging Music Teacher who can inspire senior students and foster a love of music. You will work within a collaborative team of dedicated specialist teachers, delivering high-quality lessons in a supportive, flexible environment. This is a full-time role commencing in 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Teach Music to senior students (Years 10–12) in a dynamic and engaging way.

  • Develop curriculum-aligned programs that inspire students to achieve and progress.

  • Foster positive, relationship-based learning partnerships with students.

  • Contribute to a culturally responsive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a range of engaging learning opportunities and pathways.

Requirements

  • Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NT Teacher Registration.

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role.

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements.
