About the Position

This fixed-term full-time position, commencing in Term 3 2025, involves teaching Mathematics to students across Years 7 to 12. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that align with curriculum outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully during the second half of the academic year, with support from a dedicated leadership and teaching team.


Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Mathematics lessons for Years 7–12

  • Ensure student wellbeing and safety, following the school’s safeguarding practices

  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues

  • Collaborate with teaching teams on planning, assessment, and reporting

  • Demonstrate leadership in the classroom through professionalism and clear expectations


Requirements

  • Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NESA accreditation

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
