About the Position
This ongoing, full-time position commencing in Term 3, 2025, involves teaching Mathematics to students from Year 7 to Year 12. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons while actively supporting the Christian ethos of the school. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a supportive teaching team in a dynamic learning environment grounded in Christian values.


Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons across Years 7–12 in line with NESA curriculum

  • Uphold student welfare and wellbeing through active safeguarding practices

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and parents

  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a cohesive and values-aligned faculty

  • Model leadership in the classroom and school community through Christian witness


Requirements

  • Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NESA accreditation

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements

  • Faith Commitment: Applicants must be practising Christians and actively support the school’s Christian beliefs and mission
