About the Role
This full-time, ongoing position commencing ASAP involves teaching Mathematics across Years 7-10, with opportunities to progress into VCE teaching in the future. The successful teacher will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons, support student development, and contribute to a positive and collaborative faculty. Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Mathematics lessons across Years 7-10
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment focused on student wellbeing
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to support growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop programs, assessments, and best practice
- Contribute to the broader life of the school, including pastoral and co-curricular initiatives
Requirements
- Registration with or eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Full Australian work rights
- Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding for safeguarding
