The school is seeking a committed Mathematics teacher to join the secondary team as soon as possible. The role involves delivering structured and engaging Mathematics programs that support students’ numeracy development, problem-solving skills, and academic achievement. The successful teacher will contribute positively to classroom learning and work collaboratively with colleagues to support student growth and strong learning outcomes.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Curriculum: Design and deliver effective Maths Education programs aligned with curriculum requirements
- Safeguarding: Promote student wellbeing and uphold Child Safe Standards
- Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with students, staff, and families
- Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to support creative and cross-curricular initiatives
- Leadership: Model best practice and contribute positively to the school’s values and culture
Requirements
- Registration: Current QCT registration or eligibility to obtain
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia
- Safeguarding: Ability to provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s safeguarding process
