About the Position
This permanent, full-time role will commence in Term 3, or earlier if the successful candidate is available. The position involves teaching Mathematics across multiple year levels within a supportive, flexible, and student-centred learning model. The successful teacher will be passionate about re-engaging students through innovative and differentiated teaching approaches, building confidence and achievement in Maths.
Skills and Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Maths lessons tailored to diverse learning needs

Uphold and promote the safeguarding and welfare of students in line with school policies

Build positive, respectful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Collaborate with staff and support services to enhance student outcomes

Contribute to the school’s restorative and wellbeing framework through classroom leadership
Requirements
- Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain QLD Teacher Registration (QCT)
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role
- Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
