This leadership role focuses on learning and coaching, working closely with staff to strengthen teaching practice and improve student outcomes. Skills and Responsibilities
- Lead instructional coaching to support teachers in improving classroom practice
- Maintain a focus on safe, inclusive learning environments that support student wellbeing
- Use student data to guide teaching improvement and support staff development
- Collaborate with leadership and teaching teams to implement whole-school strategies
- Deliver professional learning and coaching that builds staff capability and consistency
Requirements
- Current or eligibility for VIT registration
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
- Recent Australian teaching and leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading teaching practice
- Two professional referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding onboarding
