About the PositionsTwo full-time Inclusive Education Leader positions are available, one based at the Year 7–12 campus, and one at the Cobblebank Campus Years 7–10 campus. These leadership roles carry a Position of Leadership 2 (PoL 2) allowance and a teaching load of 30 periods per fortnight, with a 14-period time allowance to support administration, PSG meetings, and leadership responsibilities.
At the Year 7-12 campus , the Inclusive Education Leader will play a key role in overseeing exam processes and provisions for students in the Senior years, while also providing leadership and support across Middle and Senior cohorts.
At the Year 7-10 campus , the Inclusive Education Leader will lead learning diversity initiatives across core subject areas including English, Humanities, Health, and PE.
Across both campuses, Inclusive Education Leaders are part of a team of four, each responsible for a selection of students within the College’s eight-house system (two houses each). Leaders work closely with students, families, and staff to ensure appropriate provisions, particularly for students requiring adjustments in assessments and exams.
Skills and Responsibilities-
Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education strategies and exam provisions for allocated students.

Oversee PSG (Program Support Group) meetings and maintain clear communication with staff and families.

Ensure compliance with assessment and reporting processes for students with diverse learning needs.

Provide guidance and mentoring for staff to build inclusive practices across classrooms.

Collaborate within the Learning Diversity Team and wider College staff to ensure all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Model leadership aligned with the College’s Catholic ethos, fostering inclusion and belonging across the house system.
- Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain VIT Registration.
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
