About the Position
The school is seeking a full-time Italian Teacher for an ongoing position commencing in January 2027. The teaching load will include Italian, Commerce and Religious Education, with Italian and Commerce taught across the secondary years.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Italian and Commerce programs aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Maintain high standards of student safeguarding, wellbeing and classroom practice.
- Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues regarding learning and progress.
- Collaborate with teaching teams on curriculum planning, assessment and shared practice.
- Contribute positively to faculty priorities and the broader school community.
Requirements
- Registration with, or eligibility for registration with, the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
- Relevant qualifications and capability to teach Italian, with Commerce and/or Religious Education.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Two professional referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding and onboarding requirements.
